Who is FMG?

Franchise Management Group (FMG) is a consulting firm that specializes in creating and managing a complete Franchise System for prospective or existing Franchisors. With forty five (45) years of combined experience in the legal, operations, and sales and marketing of franchise systems, we are able to offer unique solutions and an alternative for Franchisors to retain the management team required to successfully create and grow a franchise system.

What do we do?

FMG services encompass examining the current operating structure of an existing franchise or business that is interested in becoming a franchise (client). Through this analysis, the FMG team is able to create or update the legal documentation required through the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and file for registration in the regulated states on behalf of our clients. FMG will also create a marketing strategy to attract new franchisees based on expected growth patterns, track response of marketing implementation, build a sales team to manage the incoming leads, and provide a cost analysis of leads converted to franchisees per client. Operationally, FMG services include determining site locations for franchisees, lease negotiation, management of the build out of the location, creation of a working operations manual, training, and continuing support services for new franchisees of our clients.
