Sandler Sales Institute® Announces Ownership, Management Changes
STEVENSON, MD (December 3, 2007) -- As part of a carefully planned and excuted change in
ownership, Sandler Sales Institute (SSI) announced that David Mattson and Bruce Seidman have acquired
controlling ownership of the company from Edna Sandler, who co-founded SSI in 1983 with David H.
Sandler.
Mattson was named CEO; he previously was vice president for sales and joined the company in
1988. Seidman, the son of David Sandler, was named president; he had been vice president for research,
development and branding, and joined the company at its founding in 1983.
