Kidokinetics is an exciting and unique program developed to promote sports and fitness to both boys and girls. Our fun-filled classes include activities that develop gross motor skills, enhance physical fitness and improve self-confidence. Kidokinetics teaches the basics of various sports and other important physical exercises, enabling children to feel competent when playing different sports. Introducing a variety of sports concepts in a lively and non-competitive environment helps children focus on individual achievement and building self-confidence. In our energetic, cooperative group classes, a new sport, activity, anatomy and physiology fact are introduced each week!
