He came across a burrito restaurant that used fresh ingredients and made food right in front of the customers. The restaurant was packed, and he knew it was a concept that would be successful in his home state of Georgia. Today, more than 20 thriving restaurants in four states have proven him right.

First and foremost, “fresh” is not an abstract concept. Fresh, all natural vegetables are delivered daily. Salsa, guacamole, hot sauce, meat marinades and sauces are made from scratch. Tomatoes have never seen the inside of a can. Barberitos restaurants do not have freezers or microwaves, and no fats or preservatives are added. We only use fresh breasts of chicken, and all of our meats are char-grilled right in the restaurant.
Our franchise partners are part of our family. Our commitment is to do everything we possibly can to make our owners successful. You will never be a number to us…we care about you, your business, and your family. We will work together as a team and achieve success together.

Quite simply, we do things differently. In an industry where “site only” franchise agreements are prevalent, we offer a protected area. Most franchises do not offer performance information in their Federal Disclosure Documents. We do. Many franchises do not even operate any of their own concept, so they don’t fully understand what franchisees have to deal with. No Ivory tower thinking here…our founder and CEO continues to own and operate several restaurants so every decision we make corporately affects him personally. Our overriding focus is increasing your profits. What good are increased sales if you are losing money on each item?
