IT ALL STARTED WITH A FOOD TRUCK - In 2018, our son had a crazy idea to start a food truck. He had worked in several restaurants, learned the best and worst of operations and was ready to go out on his own...with the family’s help. It was a success from day one.
Every member of the family was ready to help when needed. This is what created success for Sombrero Tacoria. Each year after starting up, through 2022 we expanded and opened a new restaurant.
Five years and five units later, in 2023, we decided to start the process to expand through franchising. In June 2023 Sombrero Tacoria ownership opportunities became available!
