At Alliott Global Alliance’s CPA representative firm in New Jersey, Magone & Company, Karl specializes in franchises, including initial audits for the Franchise Disclosure Document, employee benefit plans, construction, nonprofit and private schools for the disabled and business advisory.

With more than 25 years of audit experience, Karl leads the accounting and auditing function for Magone & Co, overseeing audit planning, strategy and quality of service delivery. Additionally, clients often enlist his help to solve their complex accounting, audit, and tax issues or to assist with consulting projects, including M&A due diligence reviews, business process analysis and operational reviews. His experience encompasses manufacturing, wholesale, non-profit, regulated public utilities, benefit plans and construction, among others.

Over the course of his career, Karl has audited entities with international subsidiaries and has participated as a correspondent auditor for various foreign owned companies. Karl also works with clients in an outsourced CFO and/or controllership capacity augmenting the client’s internal team with expertise in budgeting, cash flow and financing.
