Robin E. Silverman
At Alliott Global Alliance’s legal representative firm in New York, Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe, Robin head’s up the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, and her practice involves litigation and counseling on various issues in the intellectual property realm and the negotiation and drafting of various documents in the hospitality, media, entertainment, and merchandising fields.
Robin represents clients in a wide range of intellectual property matters, including: the acquisition, sale, protection, and management of domestic and international intellectual property portfolios; brand clearance and licensing; software development and licensing; and the acquisition and licensing of rights for entertainment, merchandising, advertising and media usage. She advises clients on First Amendment issues, privacy and publicity rights, trademark, copyright, “fair use” and internet questions, music rights and advertising issues; drafts endorser and Influencer agreements; and conducts prepublication review of news and entertainment content.
