Erika brings over 25 years of experience to her role at Dill Dinkers. She currently handles all marketing and public relations efforts including reputation management, brand value, internal, investor, and franchisee communications for Dill Dinkers. She previously served as the Vice President of Corporate Communication and Marketing for Didlake, a non-profit that creates opportunities for people with disabilities. In that role, she oversaw day-to-day operations and a team of 20 for two The UPS Stores. Erika's experience includes marketing strategy, public relations, advertising, recruiting, and building scalable businesses.
