Joelle Delva serves as the Vice President of Operations for Dream Vacations and CruiseOne, and has worked in the cruise vacation industry for more than 34 years. Throughout her career in travel, Joelle has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of payroll, finance, telecommunication, information technology and general operations within myriads of agencies such as The Cruise Line, Inc, Travel Services International, MyTravel-Shared Services and CruiseOne. Her experience includes the day-to-day operation of the employees that make our customers’ needs a reality. She develops policies and procedures towards fiscal responsibility all while delivering quality products and services.
