A native of Palm Beach County, Florida and competitive athlete, Taylor worked her way to graduation from Southeastern University on a volleyball scholarship. After achieving her bachelor’s of science in marketing, she joined United Franchise Group™ (UFG) nearly five years ago as a Franchise Development Representative, where she learned the fundamentals of the franchising industry. Her dedication and growth led to several promotions, culminating in her role as Director of Franchise Development, where she managed the franchise development budget, team, and vendor accounts then later her position as Director of Marketing for all UFG affiliated brands. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the brands’ marketing and PR efforts, and the corporate social media team. Her ability to organize, develop processes, and execute effectively significantly contributed to the growth and success of the department.

Recently promoted to Director of Operations at Zor Franchise Services, a division within UFG, Taylor now oversees the operations of the division, providing a variety of products and services to other franchisors, including technology, signage, promotional products, marketing, franchise sales, and more. Her organizational strengths and extensive experience in franchise development and corporate marketing make her an ideal fit for this role, where she continues to work with a variety of franchisors to drive their success.
